Does your computer meet or exceed the minimum system requirements
for the program? If you are not sure, contact your computer
manufacturer or vendor for this information.
Most problems may be categorized into one of five groups:

* Installation
Is the CD clean and free from all smudges and scratches?
Are all background tasks and applications closed and exited?
* Audio
Are the speaker cables firmly attached to the back of the sound
card in the socket labeled Speaker Out?
Are the speakers turned on? Is the volume turned up?
Are the latest sound drivers installed for your sound card?
Sound drivers are designed specifically for your sound card by the
manufacturer and may correct the difficulty you are having.
* Video
If the videos on this CD are not playing check the following:
. Macintosh Users:
Make sure you have QuickTime 4 or higher installed, and also
that you have the Intel Indeo Drivers.If you do not have the
Intel Indeo 3.2 plug-in for QuickTime installed, copy "Indeo
Video 3" from the "Indeo 3" folder on this CD to your extensions
folder and restart. If you do not have Apple QuickTime 4 or
higher installed, run "Quicktime Installer" located inside the
"QuickTime Installer" folder on this CD-ROM, and then restart
your computer. You will now be ready to play the videos.
. Windows Users:
Make sure you have QuickTime installed, and also that
you have the Intel Indeo Drivers. If you do not have QuickTime
installed, run "QuickTimeInstaller.exe" in the "QuickTime" folder on
this CD and you will be ready to play the CD-ROM. If you do not have
the Intel Indeo Drivers installed, install it from your Windows
Installation CD. Contact Microsoft or the manufacturer of your
computer with any questions.
Other problems with video are often the result of an incompatible
display driver. Flickering video, distorted color, or black screens
are symptoms of an incompatible display driver. Changing the display
driver may correct the problem. Consult your video card manufacturer
for updates or drivers before making any changes. Display drivers
are designed for specific video cards.
* Internet Links
If you are clicking on a button and you are getting no reaction from
the program:
∑ Check your Internet connection. Are you connected?
. Check to be sure you have selected a Web browser as your default browser
on your computer.
* Lock-Ups
The program consistently locks-up in one area:
∑ Check the CD for smudges and scratches.
The program randomly locks-up and/or displays an error message:
∑ Is there sufficient memory for the program?
∑ Is another application running in the background?
